There was a big stack of them at the Crystal Palace branch. Very good value.

Millions of water out my tap for free taste just as good as bottled water as I have a filter fitted

Is it free, you don't pay your water rates then?

In Scotland we don't have water rates or meters we get off with that scot free

It's actually a part of your council tax so you do still pay for your water.

I'm looking at my council bill, nothing saying water rates. How do you come to that conclusion? Am I missing something here?

All plastic bottles should be banned. It's ridiculous how much waste we create for such a minor convenience.

I don't pay council tax either as I'm a full time student it's all free . Get your self a refillable bottle . All gyms locally to me have free water machines too . Might be 12p for the water but think of the damage how many will end up in the landfill ?
