just had it emailed by plusnet, seems alright if you watch footy.
Looking for a way to watch Man City take on Chelsea? Well look no further, because we’re offering all Plusnet customers an exclusive deal on the BT Sport App. If you sign up now you’ll pay just £2.50 a month for 6 months (and only £5 a month after this). It’s a little thank you from us, for being on our team.
With the BT Sport App not only will you get a lot more action from the Premier League, but you'll have exclusive access to the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
It can take up to 24 hours for your account to activate, so get registering if you want to catch the match.
Plus, mobile streaming puts all that football in the palm of your hand. That’s every red card, free kick, and penalty shoot out straight to you, live as it happens.
It’s like a season ticket. But with more football.

I pre-registered for this so am currently subscribed (£2.50/month for 12 months). I found it limiting in what devices I could actually use to stream this to my (non-smart) TV. I was hoping I'd be able to do it via Firestick, PS3 or Humax/Youview box. Alas the only options for me were using a Windows 10 laptop (app only works on Windows 10 so I had to upgrade from W7) plugged into the TV or buying a Chromecast just for this purpose and streaming from my Android mobile. I now use the Chromecast most but it means another device plugged into (already over -subscribed) HDMI sockets on the TV. Streaming quality has been good though, especially for the price.

This comes up on the Plusnet support boards. There isn't an app. It seems the best way to get it on TV is with a Chromecast. Look here.

Funny that Plusnet offer a deal but if you have infinity internet with BT themselves you get nothing.
