For anyone that this game may appeal to. Pes 2018 on Xbox One is £33 after discount which includes £2 off as a prime member and £5 off with promo code below when you spend £40 or more hence bringing this down to £33 which I believe is the cheapest price around on current gen. Only snag is that it won't be delivered until next day after ordering which means day after release day!

I concur. Just finished a season on Master League and was awesome. Tried FIFA 18 demo yesterday and PES gameplay is far superior imo.
Were you able to connect to the servers?

No connection to servers yet, will try again later - what level you playing at? I moved up to 'top player' because the next level down was too easy - struggling to win though now. Haven't played PES in years though

No your not mistaken, it seems they have reduced it to under £40 to counter the offer so that you have to buy something else to qualify for the £5 off.

the squad update usually gets released in November. Plus I'm sure you're aware of the option files you can upload to your PS4 to change things

The squad updates are mid october at the latest, I haven't seen anything about option files this year? Usually there is a massive buzz on here about them.
