Maybe the 29UM68 29" will get a price drop again, hot nevertheless.

When did it drop and how much to? Considering getting that one but not at the current price, I see Amazon had it for £170 for a bit a while back

Good price, does anyone know how vertical height compares to say a 21.5-22" monitor? I'd assume similar? I currently rock 3 22" monitors, but looking to shift to that ultrawide at some point, this could be a good stop gap if the vertical height is similar.

Thank you! So really a little smaller to switch over, even with how cheap it is. I imagine the 27" then is more like 22"?

The 29 inch ultra wide is about 24 inches vertical. And 34 inches is 27 inch vertical

I’ve got this monitor, and great when working from home with a MacBook Pro. Had been debating getting another or the 29” version.

How does macOS work on an ultrawide resolution? Thinking of getting one of these for the same use

Works well on my system. I use it will two Chrome Browser windows open for my work. Not really used it for games, so can't be sure of that one.

You can get a 27 inch, fhd, 300cd, VGA, DVI , hdmi, speakers, 1ms from novatech for less than £10 more. Plus it's not an aspect ration that will cause you problems in the games you play.

The whole point is the aspect ratio, once you go ultrawide, you won’t go back. I’ve got a 34” dell ultrawide, best monitor I’ve used.

I was looking for an ultrawide monitor and this looked attractive, but I need a vertical height of no more than 15'' including stand. My study is in the loft and the sloping roof is restrictive...
Sadly it seems these won't fit; does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Move the desk away from the wall? Seriously, 15" height is too little space for a decent sized monitor with a stand.
Decent monitor, bought in amazon for this price a couple weeks ago. Note that the stand is not adjustable in height. Also, it does not have speakers, unlike some bigger models in the same range.
