How can someone (MOD?) move the deal to highlighted and completely forget to check the postage?

you can get 3x 2packs (6 box's) from amazon fresh for £3 if you buy 3 as there is a glitch atm so 50p per box i got 3 packs for £1 before but now they increased the price but still a decent deal

LIDL has better offer. 2 double pack (4 boxes) for £3. ie 12 boxes for £9.

These have been 12 quid for ages...

More (non Balsam) Kleenex here for the same price.
