Just bought a fridge from Marks Electrical and they've been pretty good. It was sat in my garage for 2 weeks before install and when we unboxed we noticed it had 2 small dents in the front. Rang the store up and they're sorting no quibble so from my experience so far I would recommend.

Fair point! From my interaction with them though I'm fairly confident it will be sorted expeditiously and at no cost to me. I was offered a partial discount to keep it with the dents, a complete replacement, or an engineer visit to replace the doors. I opted for the latter to save having to move the thing back through to the garage for collection, but you're right it could all still go Pete Tong.

Thanks. I've ordered it. I've never had a tumble drier before. Are they easy to install? I have a space for one bedside my washing machine and there's a hole in the wall for the vent to go into. Does it just plug into the wall for electricity? Or do I need an electrician to install it like I would for an electric cooker?

They are based in Leicester, sponsored the family stand at the King Power stadium with a decent sized shop and a good web presence, great customer service. Tumble dryer however is not so great. I was given one as a replacement following the product recall which had never given any problems. This is used and installed the same but the thermal cut out is set too low, I've had to reset it numerous times. First time I called the engineer out he said let it run for an hour and do not interrupt the cycle - seems like a load of BS to cover up a design fault - not eco friendly, since then I've reset it myself. So, Heat for Mark's, Cold for the Tumble dryer.

DO NO BUY from these people , they take your money , but dont have the product , they took my money from my bank on 23rd sept, but didnt have the tumble dryer in stock,i sent an email to ask about it , they sent an email to say it would be at there warehouse on the 5th oct today, i asked when i would be getting it , they sent another email to say it wasnt in there warehouse until the 9th oct , i rang them they said they cant give a date , messers , selling something they havnt got , DO NOT BUY :rage:
