The HTC 10 is more than just the company's flagship smartphone for 2016. It is what will hopefully bring HTC back on its feet after years of losing precious market share. Knowing this, HTC has done its best to make the 10 as awesome as possible. The phone has the looks and specs to impress, while the software, based on Android 6.0, promises a smooth, fun user experience. Furthermore, the HTC 10 and its reinvented UltraPixel camera hope to wow us with its images and videos. Alas, the front-facing stereo speakers have been dropped, but instead, we're given dedicated woofer and tweeter, powered by individual amplifiers.

Dear OP, please make it clear this is a grey import with an essentially useless warranty. Voted cold.

"hopefully put HTC back on its feet" I think the one billion pound Google buyout will be decisive

It wasn't a buy out to be far, it was more of a buy in. Google have essentially paid $1bn to HTC, but instead of taking shares in the company they're taking 2000 staff over to the Google team to (presumably) assist in building their own, better, hardware.

Just lost my Oneplus 3 in Cyprus, gutted.
I've got a budget of £250/70 for a replacement, is this the best bang for buck phone at this price point or are to many to mention?
I ordered my wife a Xiaomi redmi note 4 global version 3 gig of ram 32 gigs of storage for £104 from a deal I found on here, on the 9th of September, hopefully it would've been delivered by the time we get home next Monday so I might confiscated that for the time being, until I can find the right deal for a decent replacement.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I purchased the grey version for £275 a couple of months ago and got a fiver TCB too. Price is fantastic, delivery took a couple of weeks, full spec phone with the Hi-Res headphones but being a grey import it is a Far East build so the only language option is US English, I've not found an easy way of correcting this. All in all very happy with the purchase, excellent phone (especially the audio) at an excellent price.

Toby Deals should be banned from HotUKDeals. Plenty of stuff against them online from customers who have been ripped off. Not only are they based in HK, but they definitely scam and rip people off. Their terms and conditions are totally illegal - it even states in their own T&Cs that they will not give you a refund if your item gets lost in transit etc. They purposely do not respond to complaints / people's emails etc.
Criminal seller completely breaking the law and based in HK, suddenly selling loads of high value items on HotUKDeals. It's laughable that their deals are featuring on this site.
