Well if you do live on a different island to the retailer what do you expect?

I ordered it (choose the free delivery option) - didn't cost a penny! I live in Co. Down... Also got the trade-in, and there was no charge to collect it either... Might wanna reconsider your statement!

I didn't dispute that you are in the UK but simply said you're on a different island. Keep up. ParcelForce charge a hefty premium for NI and also charge a premium for the Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands. It's common for carriers to do that as they have significantly increased costs for certain areas. Do you think we should subsidise you? The couriers think not.

There was a deal on here a few months ago that may still interest. This printer from Argos is a significant downgrade on this deal but may be useful to someone. argos.co.uk/pro…574
Thanks for the deal and voted hot OP.

Hmmm... I have a old printer but ink has dried up. Do I take the chance and trade it in with the cartridges as they are or buy a set of compatibles.. has anyone had any experience with the HP tradein?

Bought a set of compatibles for £6 for my old unused trade-in printer. Printed a few photos from it to make sure it was working ok. Got collected on Friday (I enclosed a copy of a test page, which is dated) and can't see any reason for them not to pay out. Will reply if I don't get the £££!
