To avoid any form filling you can go directly to this page (click the green button) to get the zip containing the install file and licence code.
The licence code I got by filling in the form was different to the one in the zip file (I haven't tried either yet).

I think Apple do a lot of things very well, but iTunes isn't one of them. Probably one of the most frustrating pieces of software i have ever used. Its good to have an alternative, so voted hot
