Def works for non Amex customers too, customers were emailed about a week ago, max 4 tickets each, but then I forwarded the link to my mum and she got a couple too. ( Didn't post then as I thought Amex customers should have 1st dibs , apart from my mum of course ! )

From the T&C's (which are standard SFF) there is a closing date of 25th September, 10am. I'm guessing after this time general codes will be released for the screening, as has happened the last few years.
I've booked for now anyway as a non amex card holder.
