tbf, Ashampoo aren't too bad with the spam, only sending stuff occasionally. with this s/w there is an optional splash screen when it starts, though that is easily turned off in: Settings.-> General

Rubbish, I installed it on one computer, activated it once, used it a few times and today got this out of nowhere. Now it's not working at all!
