Thanks for the link! I thought i'd treat myself to the Ultimate Edition because of the £10 off in the end though. Irk!

It's not a delivery saving, it's a £2 discount for Prime members.
Heat added, great deal!

Too quick :disappointed:
In other news - I used the £10 student discount on my Scorpio pre-order. Now down to £429.99. Few more codes before launch and I'll be happy.

Ignore previous comment. Still early  Coffee, please...
I assumed postage over Prime discount. As I said, though. Cracking price. Heat added

I'm pretty sure I paid circa £50 for this.
Pre ordered on the XB1 store, direct on my XBOX.

Idiot - why preorder digital games? It's not as if they are going to run out of stock.

Wow so you think it is OK to interact with people that way? From the way you have responded I know which one is the idiot. Oh and its not banter.

Maybe they wanted the preorder bonuses? Maybe they wanted to be able to preload the game so it’s ready to play on release day?
Physical games don’t run out of stock either.
Don’t get why people have problems with those who preorder games. It’s not your money and doesn’t affect you in anyway. Preordering physical games also tends to get you the game upon release for the cheapest price. Don’t preorder and pay more? No thanks. :kissing_heart:
Put a refund request in with Microsoft, mate. They’ll refund without any problems.

Ok, I’ll give you that one. After the previous games though, you can understand why that was undershipped

Ah-you're "that guy".
Never mind, I'm sure being rude to strangers in an online forum helps those low self esteem issue of yours.
I preordered it, because I could and wanted to.
I had some cheap credit sitting in my account and wanted to ensure I got the games as soon as possible-which, in the case of digital, is midnight on release date.
Now, if you don't stop being rude to people, I'll tell your mummy and she'll take the laptop from your bedroom and dock your pocket money.

Why no one is saying it is £37.85 @ Simply Games then? :worried:
But heat for the digital version mate. That is what I prefer on Xbox too.

Can't see any discussions about the play anywhere mate. All I can see is price. :P (Joking, I know! regardless, I am almost fully digital on Xbox exactly opposite what I do on PS4).

I'm looking to play it on PC so if anything the Xbox version is just a free bonus!

That doesn't get you the Windows 10 version.

I'm toying with this for the laptop. I have a GTX 1060 6gb but only a i5 6300hq, which clocks at 2.3GHz base / 3.2GHz boost.
I'm concerned it wouldn't run too well, but looking at the recommended specs, I should be OK!
I might have sounded a little harsh, but I just don't get preordering in this age of digital distribution - like I reeeeeally don't get it.
Each to his or her own of course. To me it just seems so ridiculously stupid that I forgot how to act nice and not call people idiots even if could be what I was thinking, so for that I am sorry.
But why? Whyyyy? To me it is as stupid as people praising games for having "easy achievements". Why does this matter to anyone - isn't it about playing the damn games for the experiences and not to brag with your easy-gotten achievements- it won't get you laid.
So much strangeness - I am getting too old for this "gaming thing" I think.

I tend to get xbox credit when its on special offer, and bank it into my Xbox account. They when the games I want become available for pre order I do just that, so I know exactly what credit I have left for other things. Simple really. I have Forza 7, Battlefront 2, Fifa 18 all bought and paid for. Simple really

Depends, no point pre-ordering digital games directly from the store such as PSN, XBox and Steam but from 3rd party sites such as Amazon and CDkey, etc the prices goes up towards release.
A few weeks back, COD:WW2 was £27.99 to preorder for the PC version from a popular CDkey website. Now the beta has come and gone they are now selling it for £32.99. I bet it be a while before is drops below £30 again. Same with Tekken 7.

Because it's at least £8 cheaper than it is anywhere else, and might not stay that way for long. Also they don't charge till release day, so option to cancel is there if it shows up cheaper somewhere else. It's about saving money (which is the purpose of this website).

Pre-ordering can save you up to 30% versus release day prices if you're buying from places like cd-keys (I'm mainly talking about PC games here, there aren't so many pre-order deals on console). Add that up over the course of a year and it more than makes up for the odd game that turned out bad.

Ultimate edition is £68.39 with the discount code on CDKeys if anyone is thinking of that one.
Did you end up going for that deal? If so, have you received your code yet for preload? I'm concerned that they might not send it out till the 29th on the day and then I won't get the hoonigan car pack. Thanks
