O
Order 2 choose 'click and collect at a local store' (no £2 charge as order is over £30) When collecting say you've changed your mind, return and get a refund on one. I detest paying for click and collect :rage:

A 28 inch pan is just what I need, perfect for a big breakfast fry up, but I can't find on in JI :innocent:

Open pan? Be careful if you have induction hob and warping first comment says...
First
- they are 'induction compatible' which means they heat up, but
ridiculously slowly compared to actual induction compatible pans.
Second
- the frying pans warp out of shape. We have had our first pans
replaced, but they are now refusing to replace the second pan, despite
the exact same thing happening.
Do not buy these for induction. I wish we hadn't - we have a full set of saucepans and frying pans.

May I ask who is refusing to replace your second pan - John Lewis or the manufacturer? We used to have fairly good experiences with John Lewis Customer Service, hence my curiosity, thanks
