Maxtra+ cartridges really are better than standard Maxtra, as far as we're concerned, and worth the higher price. Filtered water tastes better and there's virtually no film on tea, even when the cartridge is nearing end of life. £3.33 each is the best price I've seen, in any size pack. They're compatible with older Maxtra jugs.

What's the deal with Brita filter prices recently? I'm looking around and can't find them below £3 each whereas it's normally not hard to find them at £2 each

I bought some filters in the original factory shop the other day for £7 for 3 it was a special pack with one free so it was £7 but with the free one was £7 for 3 not sure on the make but i fitted and is fine
