I use a saucepan to make rice. And it works fine.

I do too but it always ends up burnt to the bottom, not sure how to solve that, longer time at a lower heat maybe?

I used to get that problem. But I then started to rigourously wash the rice till all the starch is out (like five or six times). Then add a touch of olive oil to the water prior to boiling. Solved the problem..

And it's organically sourced and 100% pure too  ...

If the rice were pure though surely it wouldn't need rinsing.

I believe i have this exact one. It's biggest problem is that it doesn't turn off completely by itself (fire hazard in my eyes) and it's not good at making crispy rice at the bottom because it turns off the high heat too quickly. It's ok though, nothing special.
