I bought one at Xmas, unless the design has changed, the centre of the keg needs to be pushed in fully for it to pour and leaves the beer flat within a few hours.
Opt for the Bud one instead!

I've seen these but never seen any kind of thing for getting the beer out. What exactly do you do with them ?

They are self contained. There's a valve on top the centre pops in and there's a tap at the front that pulls out. My favorite German beer! cheers op heat added.
