I've had the previous model to this for over two years and it's never missed a beat along with my other Beko products in my home. Heat to OP.

I'll advise Beko to increase the price to £1000, I am sure you will be well impressed and buy a few. What a plonker!

You're missing the point. How ironic.

Washing machines generally get filled full not per Kg per wash, I wash small loads every/other day because filling it full and overloaded causes wear and tear. Stick to the recommended Kg per wash cycle and all stays well with most machines, as I said I underload by doing washes nearly every day so I never overfill then add more weight with water.
It is the best advice any machine user can get, underload per cycle.
Also keep a copy of the max loads out of the manual of cycles handy nearby.

I always do. Doesn't mean a £200 Beko will do well.

But most don't. People say the same about Hotpoint, had mine for almost 2 and a half years so £10 a month and not one problem to date

Beko are a good brand, had many of their products over the years with no issues.

Buy expensive, buy twice, these days, sealed drums which need to be replaced @ (£240 part alone) because of an inaccessible £10 bearing which goes within 3 years, main boards that die within 2 years - Bosch, Samsung etc.

Why do folk think that paying loads of money for a washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc. will guarantee longevity? I am now well over 60 years old, so have loads of experience of buying stuff like this. I have never had any of these types of appliances fail on me, and I always buy the cheapest I can get. Buy from John Lewis if you can with a price match, and you will get an extra year warranty. I generally change my washing machine when it becomes dated and inefficient, never when it expires.

Because Beko appliances aren't built to last. It's planned obsolescence.

Like most brands, the more they sell the more they earn. It's never about customers or brands would not exist.

Beko are good mid-priced machines.
Far better than getting an equivalently priced Hotpoint that'll probably blow up.
Not everyone has the money to buy a Miele or Bosch.

I have had nothing but bad luck with Beko products....
2 x failed fridge/freezers 1 x failed washing machine 1 x tumble dryer bursting into flames!

cold from me,
bought ones before and broke just out of warranty and the motor died. Would have cost me more for a new motor than buying another machine..... yeah cheers

These are great machines. Had 2 expensive zanussi machines fail just out of warranty. Decided to buy beko as they had good online customer reviews. Our machine must be around five years old now and still runs and looks like new. I would definitely buy another when it finally fails

...Or if you just don't want to pay a lot for a washing machine. I have a Beko washing machine and surprise surprise, it washes our clothes just as well as any of the more expensive washing machines we have owned over the last 30 years.
