I do love my Bailey's, but i've never tried the Pumpkin Spiced version - it's on offer for £10 a bottle at Tesco right now. It does sound rather yummy, so i'll have to give it a try!
As the weather gets a bit cooler you may not fancy it with ice, so I found this fab recipe on the Bailey's site for a Bailey's Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients:
50ml Bailey's Pumpkin Spice
150ml coffee
50ml milkWhipped cream
Nutmeg
Cinnamon stick
Mix it Up:
Pour 150 ml coffee into a mug
Add 50ml Bailey's Pumpkin Spice
Top off with 50ml milk
Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick
Sit back and enjoy

It is horrible, bought it last Christmas, yuck. You know it's not just you when all six of you leave it and nobody wants to finish it.

I love this!! I think when people hear "pumpkin" they think it's going to be some disgusting alcoholic savoury creamy mess, but it's the spices that goes into it: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves...it's delicious and amazing in coffee.
