It wont let me purchase this. I made a new account and put all my details in but keeps saying something went wrong, tried on both phone and laptop to no use. Any one else the same? Thanks

Stupid question but I don't play computers. When does it have to be used by, can't see a date as my sons live doesn't run out until xmas so won't use it until then?

You can add the code to the live he has currently. It will stack/add on. The new 12 month will start straight after the current one :smile:

You can, just enter the code and it will just add it on or extend it, you don't lose any months.
