Personally have had bad experiences with Zavvi and the customer service with them. I wouldn't order again from them.

I agree with ya iv been waiting for my dvds to come for one of my daughter's christmas present. Iv been waiting 4 years and about 40 week's now. But on the plus side iv also been waiting 4 years and about 35 weeks for the refund.
But I still hold some hope they will show up because they reassured me that I will get them and still haven't got my refund so must be on there way :joy: :joy:

Primark hoodies are usually around £6-8 each making these hoodies more expensive? Unless i'm missing something? Unless you live miles away from a Primark store it doesn't seem worth it if they're similar quality to Primark?

AVOID! This is a horrible company to deal with, all the clothing sizes are not correct for example extra large only just fit a small person. This company has terrible reviews no telephone support, no live chat support and when you email them it can take many days to get a response.
When items arrive faulty or the incorrect size you will need to pay postage to return which can cost the same as how much you have originally paid for them.
Sorry but voted cold.

Consumer rights, you don't have to pay return postage for faulty goods

I'm fully aware of this and sent the CEO a pre-written letter from Trading Standards, still they refused to listen or follow the law. But I wasn't going to get myself stressed or waste anymore time with these scammers, I gave my XL clothing to a child and moved on in life. However I will never ever shop with them again and will spread the word to use a company that takes customer service seriously and follows relevant consumer trading laws.

I've never had a problem with them. Granted some of their products are not great quality but the one and only time I've had to do a return I did not pay for return postage.
Sending a pre-written letter to their CEO isn't going to solve anything. Bearing in mind you have to follow their complaints procedure completely before trading standards would get involved

There utterly useless complaints process is an email system, which takes many days until you get a response. That’s it. Clearly that didn’t work so my last resort was getting guidance from Trading Standards and writing to the CEO, which normally gets a good resolution, typically this bunch of crooks who know nothing about putting the customer first or following the laws did nothing.

They're utterly :face_with_monocle:
Unfortunately that seems to be most places these days.
This one you mean? 4 stars and great? Sure you weren't trying to order clothes from zizi the restaurant by mistake?

Woogass, you got to chill mate. Don't be so defensive, you might have received good service but others may have had bad experiences with the seller. Everybody has their opinions and their experiences. You got to respect mate.

I'm the picture of coolness. Not being defensive, you are right everyone has their own experiences and opinions and I just expressed mine as being good with the company. As for writing something such as the company has bad reviews everywhere, then after I show the company's good reviews the person edits their post to remove that, well that I have to question why they would write it in the first place? As for the guy researching trust pilot..... Really? 13k of mixed reviews resulting in a good rating are fabricated. I would say this person probably needs to chill
