Massive deal from Which? magazine recommended Broadband provider Zen Internet in partnership with The Big Deal
Choice of three totally unlimited Broadband packages from just £23 per month including phone line rental. Perfect for those who want quality service but don't want to break the bank!!
Here are a few more reasons this is a total bargain:
First-class customer support - Zen is rated top broadband provider by consumer heavyweights Which? and PC Pro magazine.
Unrestricted broadband - no limits on downloads, traffic or speed, even at peak times.
Fixed prices GUARANTEED - no price hikes mid-way through your contract (a favourite trick of other broadband companies).
The Zen speed guarantee, so if you don’t get up to the estimated speeds promised, then you can leave your contract without further ado.
FREE FRITZ!Box router - non of that own label rubbish you get from other providers
But Plusnet are rubbish and their price goes up massively after 12 months.
It's a great deal if you want quality at a great price!

I've had my Zen acount for 15 years and never a better ISP for reliability. I have had one outage in that 15 years due to an issue at a BT Exchange caused by BT upgrading its capacity. Yes, one outage, how many can say that of an ISP?

How is this good? Serious question?
Im with Sky and get unlimited broadband and line rental for 12.99 p/m after i haggle ever year?
Also....
First-class customer support - Zen is rated top broadband provider by consumer heavyweights Which? and PC Pro magazine. - HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL SKY SO THIS SEEMS IRRELEVANT.
Unrestricted broadband - no limits on downloads, traffic or speed, even at peak times. AS MOST DO NOW.
Fixed prices GUARANTEED - no price hikes mid-way through your contract (a favourite trick of other broadband companies). - AS ABOVE - HAGGLE EVERY YEAR KEEPS PRICE DOWN.
The Zen speed guarantee, so if you don’t get up to the estimated speeds promised, then you can leave your contract without further ado. - EVERYONE HAS TO OFFER THIS AS PER OFCOM RULES
FREE FRITZ!Box router - non of that own label rubbish you get from other providers - FAIR POINT BUT NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE ME PAY DOUBLE PER MONTH??
Genuinely never heard of them and happy to be informed why they are so good.

You may like Sky but I've just left them as they are so awful. If you haven't had to use Customer "Services" you have been lucky. My phone line went dead recently and I had to spend an hour on the phone to an idiot in an Indian call centre just to get them to report the fault. It took them 2 weeks to get Openreach to fix the fault. I spent hours on the phone calling them and paying for it as they don't have an 0800 number. My bill went up by over 100% in the last year and when I tried to haggle, the person I spoke to couldn't care less. They wanted to charge me more for broadband than I'm paying Plusnet for unlimited firbre. As for not putting up the price during the contract, they put my price up by 25% only 3 months into the contract.

Sane here with sky. No Internet for 10 days and openreach were awful. Just received my £6 for loss of service. Yippee!

Never heard of them before so I am a bit surprised someone mentioning they have been using Zen for 15 years.
Not a bad price for what it is but you can get a better deal from the big guns by haggling when you are up for renewal.\
Voted hot though.

Let's not forget to mention the £35 setup fee for fibre (FTTC).
