Oh, so the 'Smart Philips LED' is not to be confused with Smart Phillips Hue LED bulbs then. Thanks for clarifying

No need to be so aggressive  You typed in the item description, and the units aren't Philips... Isn't very fair that people will be made to waste their money because you incorrectly used a big brand name when writing out the post.

Nope, MiHome app is needed as far as I know Kasa only works with TP-link branded products

Does it mean that it will work with Philips Hue Hub like a normal Philips bulb? I don't want stupid xiaomi app just to control light if I have rest of house on Hue app

These are not Alexa or Hue compatible.. Cheap enough if you're happy using the MiHome app to control them

I wouldn't bother, I bought one and it got so hot within 10 mins I didn't trust it not to catch fire. They're LED ffs. They're not supposed to generate heat like incandescents

Good quality bulbs and have light temperature adjust too. so you can have warm or cold white as well as dimming etc. only issue for me is that no Alexa... which is a shame as the yeelight ones are. might need to replace with yeelights now...
