I bought one of these when a deal was on last week. Arrived but wouldn't charge past 2 bars. Drained it to try and change from fresh and it's now dead as a doodaa! Awaiting refund

Did you order from GearBest or TomTop? I found a few fake Xiaomi items on Gearbest. My experiences from TOMTOP have been better so far.

Did you raise a case with them? If it goes over a month then its likely lost in post and you should get a refund. Items are paid via paypal so you can't lose out. hope you get it soon though.

Bought one of these back in Christmas time 2015. Fabulous for family travel espeically when you need to charge two devices simultaneously. Of course the biggest problem is size and weight. If you are not expecteing to charge two devices at the same time, I would recommend you buy the 10,000mah version, which is newer, lighter and cheaper.
