Do you have any specific examples? Looking on the store myself there are lots of demo versions, which come free but with IAPs but the full versions all seem to have a price except this one (though some are discounted), note (I think) if it doesn't say "full" in the title it's just the free/demo version.....

Ah, I can see that now I have all games by them listed in the windows store, think I missed the free full version of "The Secret Order 4: Beyond Time (Full)" as it's showing as £2.49 for me (I even booted up the PC just in case it was due to me looking on my mobile).
