The New Smart Now TV box with 4 months cinema pass is a clearance item at John Lewis. Has been cheaper before I believe but it's not a bad price for a good product.

If it's just the box you're after, then Asda have it with 2 months entertainment for £25. I got one Wednesday.
Thanks for that - will have a look in my local this eve. Nice one! :raised_hand:

I'm confused. I thought these needed an aerial connection (to get the freeview channels), but there's no mention of this on the JL website. Can someone confirm either way for me? Is is Freeview HD, or SD? Cheers

You need an aerial connection to watch tv through the box. It has a mixture of HD and SD channel. Since watching tv through the box rather than through the tv aerial connection i have noticed that the signal is a lot better, some of the channels were patchy before but the quality is a lot better now.

Bought this box a few weeks ago from JL. Sold the cinema pass for £25 on ebay, so paid roughly £10 for it! Fantastic for all the catchup apps
