This doesn't look a bad choice for gaming and movies at all. Probably not the best for live sports fans as the refresh rate can produce some judder (according to the reviews). Movies and PS4 should be perfect though. Especially with HDR that is said to perform well on this set. PS4 and Pro games will look superb no doubt. As for movies, I personally tone the motion clarity right down on my KS9000 for movies anyway, a bit of judder is far better than the dreaded soap-opera effect.
As for judder on PS4, you've got no issues there. This set is 120hz, so well above PS4 specification, as virtually none of the games perform higher than 60fps anyway. But more importantly, the imput lag is relatively low. 24ms is suitable for gaming. Most people don't check this before buying a TV, but it's the most important aspect to consider if you're a gamer.
My concern would be the price, I think it's a bit expensive. Also, it's advisable to go as big as you can with 4K if you want to capitalise on those extra pixels - you'd have to be sitting pretty close to 40 inches to really enjoy the benefits of 4K over a 1080p set.

Yes that's what I'm contemplating in regards to 4k at that size, To be honest I would rather have decent 40" led without the 4k but cant really find anything, it also seems the prices on TV at the moment are very expensive compared to last year, not sure why? This seems to be the best deal at the moment, Not sure if to wait it out and see if anything better comes along, decisions, decisions...

How about "exactly none"? No console game runs higher than 60fps.

voted cold as Richer Sounds had this for £399 in October 16 so nearly 10 months on I don't think this is what I would class as a "HOT" deal. it's an ok deal but for £50 more you can get so much more for your money.

Deals on 40" seem to be hard to find at the moment,I hear the ku6400 is better set.
Overall it would be best to wait for the Ue40mu6400 to be reduced in price which I believe is HDR10, that's what I'm waiting for, at 449 (was the price before but missed out)
