Can u screen mirror off a Samsung tablet to this somehow?

My nexus can, so I guess so.
It uses FRC, which is 10bit emulated. I think it worth the money. Perhaps you can't even notice the difference, the worst is that you can't tell your friends that you have a 10 bit TV!

Yeah, they have a mirroring thing built in which works with Samsung's cast app, or you can download a third party app to do the same.
Panasonic have a viera app as well that you can share content via, without having to mirror, but its honestly a little clunky. I have the 50 inch of the model above this one

Can any techys please pass comment on this TV, 10 bit etc... In all the time I've used HotUKDeals, I've never come across a write up on one that is actually a great price with a great review that everyone agrees on? Thanks in advance

There's a THX certified Panasonic that is meant to be the mutt's nuts but is priced accordingly so I don't think it would be this one.
If it is then this is steal of the century because I thought that set was like 3 or 4 grand!

The specs aren't great. It's an 8-bit +FRC panel with no local dimming. Peak brightness is the biggest issue, 300 cd/m is very low for a screen touting HDR.
I'm looking to upgrade my 50 inch pani gt60. Its been the best TV I've had by far and to this day I personally think it gives out a better picture than any of the models I see in curry's. It was a 10/10 set when it came out about 4 years ago and was part of the last ever set of plasmas Panasonic did. Image quality on day to day TV just doesn't seem to have gotten better than this. There is a reason ppl are still holding on to their pioneer kuros from 10 years ago.

keep your gt60 until the oled has came further down in price. you will be dissapointed in this set...trust me!

Agree with this. I recently bought a mint 55 inch Vt50 for £350 which is probably the best tech purchase I've made. I believe I'd have to spend many times more on a modern TV to get a superior picture.
Anyone who doesn't want to show off by having a 4k TV should look for a good condition late gen Panasonic plasma. Look for the gt50, gt60, vt50, vt60 models

forgot to mention that my current plasma is the gt50 55" doh! and you are spot on.....i know oled has pros/cons but to me pioneer/panasonic are still the tv champs in terms of overall picture and tv use

Good point. I'm still using my 42" Panny plasma, about 8 years old now. I got a 50" Panny 4K for another room and the upscaling and audio was awful, ended up sending it back and got a Hisense 55" instead which has been fantastic, no complaints so far. I can't comment on this model but the fact that it is a Panny is no longer a guarantee that you are buying a quality product.

please do not buy this tv. why? because mine has been written off after 7 days due to terrible clouding, light bleed and awful picture. the blacks are certainly lacking on this set being an entry level model. i have nothing against panasonic as ive always been a plasma fanboy having had a pioneer and top of the line panasonic plasmas. as much as this might seem a good deal in terms of price, size etc... you will be extremely dissapointed in the overall performance of this set. sound is good but picture is poor IMO. i have decided to sink another grand into a lg oled c7v which is night and day showing the same content but horses for courses as they say. beware!!! the lcd and led and oled technology are still plagued by many issues its just your luck if you get a good apple or a bad one.
on a side note...i was surprised on how deep this set is....my 6 year old plasma is thinner than this
