Is this QC 3.0 or the older QC 2.0?
Edit: QC 2.0 (2.4A)

on the link it says "Capacity Range (mAh)
7500-10000" lower down the page it says "The real output capacity 6900 mAh"

The 10000mAh figure they give will actually be 10000mAh at 3.6/3.7V, whereas the actual capacity 6900mAh figure will be at the actual ~5V USB output (and probably taking into account the conversion efficiency)
For example, my different gen model Xiaomi power bank says 10000mAH at 3.6V, 6250mAh at 5.1V, 88% efficiency.
Basically means a 10000mAH power bank could only really be expected to fully charge a 3000mAh smartphone about twice rather than the three times you might expect.
Most power banks advertise their capacity like this so it's not just Xiaomi (and at least Xiaomi make it much clearer than most others)

To be fair at least it states that. You will almost never get more than 70% of stated capacity from any portable power bank, no matter who makes it.

Can anyone confirm performance on these? e.g. charges my ????mAh battery 3 times or using Ampere/USB meter seems to suggest ????mAh capacity.
