Seems to be a few ebay sellers but they're charging more(around the £5.50-99). If you can get them in your local store stock up there, I picked up 2 packs so with the heads that came with unit I have the toothbrush and 24 heads in total for £22.97

How is the battery on this, gave up on oralb as they always died just after 2 years. Have a Phillips at the moment.

I'd like to hope that it's holding the charge for at least a week using 2 times a day. As for Phillips... My Sonicare is bit more than 3 years old and still holds enough charge for a solid 2 week trip and have some juice left when back.

Yeah more like weeks I'd say based on my usage... 3 minutes morning and night

Had one for couple of months, when they were stocked last time. I felt they were a bit soft or slow compared to Oral B professional care one, as in the teeth felt less clean. But after using for sometime, got used to it. Mouth hygiene is noticeably not different from Oral B. The brush heads fits Oral B as well albeit with some effort.

What's necessary to fit them to an oral B?

Don't try ,you might ruin it. Better stick to Oral B as much better quality.

Negative. I thought it was great for one week . But then tip broke and it bricked. Make sure you keep receipt to get your money back.

Mine broke within a month or so. Spend the extra tenner and get one that will last for years.

I have mixed feelings, I am on my 3rd, as the first two packed up after around 8 months use.
The first became haunted, and would randomly switch itself on in the middle of the night, the other just stopped charging.
For the money though, you get a lot; I could never justify the £40+ charged by the big brands, where £30+ of it is for the brand name and £10 for the product.

If you're on your third, you've already spent more than you would have on something like this: amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1
My last (cheaper) Oral-B brush lasted me about 7 years, no issues. I only upgraded it because it was starting to get a bit gross.

Or they might have claimed under the 3 year guarantee?

If you can be bothered to replaced a shoddy product every few months then more power to you

There are things called sales and offers. I bought my oral B at half price at Superdrug . It has served me well for nearly one year . The nevadent did not last me one week. It is definitely poor quality.

In theory, this could be a "Halfords" - selling a product you KNOW wont last as long as the warranty - ensuring customers get a no-quibble free replacement - and putting other sellers out of business.
Yep, Halfords did this with batteries, my Halfords battery would regularly die 3 1/2 - 4 years into the 5 year warranty, so I only paid for one battery in nearly 20 years of owning that car.
OK, I doubt this is a Halfords, as Lidl/Adli product quality has fallen over the last 10 years; where I used to buy without hesitation, now I give it a good look to see if it is up to the job.
I would note that Lidl also have the childrens size version for sale - but I wont be buying one as they NEVER have replacement heads for them.
If anyone from Lidl/Aldi is reading this, it is known in the trade as "Shooting yourself in the foot".

My oral B toothbrush now doesn't keep power after 2 years of using, I bought the nevadent one from Lidl yesterday and it's really not great. It's a little like the oral B one when the battery is extremely low. The 3 year warranty is great though but unfortunately I'll be returning.

partner bought one of these in black (looks nice) he said it wasn't as powerful as his oral b, but hopes the battery life is better, we are yet to see  but for the price it's not bad at all.
Opening post
1. Clean - deep cleaning
2. Soft - sensitive area cleaning
3. Pulse - stimulating gum massage
