Priced reduced from £149 on JL site. Interested to know what people think of these mobiles for an infrequent user. Looks a good price plus 2 year warranty. Double points on the partnership credit card this weekend, so an extra 2% "saving".

I'll let people know what it's like when I get mine. Have looked at many reviews and they're positive. I don't need excessive power what I care about is battery and memory.

I have one. It has some lag due to mediatek processor but screen, speakers and battery life are good. Not many cases though. Just using a two piece j and d case and tempered glass.

I thought the UK G5/G5 plus didn't have a compass? American version does, but no NFC. Could be wrong though.

The UK variants of the G5, G5 Plus, G5S and G5S Plus do not feature a compass.

I have one and battery is good, the volume for music is a lot less than the G4+ I had before and the sensor to go back, home, etc takes some getting used to

You don't have to use the fingerprint sensor as the navigation button. You can use standard android nav bar by going to the Moto app, then Actions, then disable One Button Nav.

Thanks for that, it was something I was not aware off, will try and stick with it as it's probably the way more phones will go
