Excellent phone by all accounts. I'd have one of these if it weren't for the lack of a compass .

Same here, dual sim is a real plus point, but the lack of compass is a real pain in the ass. I bought a Moto Z Play. Only a single sim which is a less than ideal, but the compass is essential as I travel a lot to different cities and like to know where I am going.

Be wary of ghosting issues with this phone though...

Bought a G4 Play for my wife and she has had so many problems with ghosting. Still not sure whether it's the phone or the version of Android it is running.(mad)

Same issue with wife's phone. Sent it back to Amazon for full refund.

Have now had the Moto G4 Plus for 3 months. Had issues on two occasions with it inside the first month.
The first 'ghosting' occurred when using the phone while it was being charged. There have been many reports on this, see Amazon's customers reviews. Since this episode I leave the phone to charge, it has a quick charger in any case. The other was while I was using the BBC weather app. Again there are reports of this app causing problems. (Don't know why). Suffice to say the app was uninstalled and since that day I have not encountered any further problems.
While the duel Sims will allow calls/texting from either (you set one of them to default), you need to disable one sim, enable the other for data.
Even with the two episodes, all in all have been very happy with the phone and that's coming from a former LG G4 owner.
Have some heat OP.

I only get screen ghosting when using the turbo charger so now I just use a regular 1amp charger at night and dont have any problems. Its a way better phone than the g5 imho especially the camera.

I've posted the e4 plus from John Lewis £139.00 but not sure it has dual sim. Had 2 year guarantee with JL.

Well it was £179 when it was the latest model so it should be discounted.

Don't hold your breath for OTA update for Lenovo. NOT Motorola anymore.

Great phone, I have the 64gb one myself and have had no issues with it at all. Really fast and great value for money
