These are really good for doing your own boneless KFC style chicken. Coat them in seasoned flour, into egg, and then into flour again. Deep fry at 175°C for 7-8 minutes and serve with beans, coleslaw and some skinny fries.

Brazil isn't too bad for animal welfare, it's on par with EU countries such as France, Italy, Poland and Spain. The UK is in the highest tier for animal welfare.
