UPDATE - please double check sizes before buying as these boxes may be just slightly too small for a full vinyl album size
An alternative suggested further down this thread is ikea.com/gb/…38/ but these are £9 each
OK.... go with this, I am stretching the imagination a bit but as a born again vinyl fan storage can be a bit of an issue. I have some Really Useful boxes but they are big, bulky and ugly. I also have a cheap hollow seat just large enough for records but that was still about £10. However I then noticed this storage box at Lidl from 13/08/2017. Judging by the quoted dimensions it will be ideal for records and coming in three different colours it shouldn't look too out of place in most rooms (I guess).
With fabric cover and reinforced base insert
Size 31 x 31 x 30cm

Just don't lift them or remotely move it or it will more than likely split / rip / fall to pieces

You still can't beat the Ikea storage units that were perfect for vinyl, but then they stopped making them for some strange reason. From another that never moved from vinyl, and never will.

If you mean the shelves that every charity shop in the country uses for window displays, they changed the design slightly and changed the name to Kallax. You can still get them.

Kallax, as above, are still very much available. Compared to their Expedit predecssor, all the inserts still work - it was the outside dimensions that slimmed slightly to save a lot of trees each year.
OP - the Ikea Drona boxes are probably a better bet, as they are compatible with standard Ikea shelf sizes (of course), a touch cheaper individually (but not multisave), and have a lot more colour options.
You can of course get hard boxes at Ikea too - Lekman - which are £9 each and plastic. A lot more, but better for heavy vinyl.

Presumably these are the same as the ikea ones

I've just slapped a tape measure on my vinyl boxes and cases and cabinets and all of them are at least 1.5 cm larger internally than the 31cm external measurement of the Lidl box. It might be worth taking a tape measure with you when you go to buy them just to check that your music will fit. Don't forget to buy a few Lidl jam doughnuts as well.

O
oh.... that might be a bit of a problem..... I'm sure all my ones are just under 31cm, except for one box set... I'll double check
And yes doughnuts..... essential!

From Wikipedia..... (I'll update my original post)
The LP format remains in use for occasional new releases, though other formats have largely supplanted it. The size of the typical cardboard LP sleeve cover is 12.375 in (31.43 cm) square. Since the mid-1990s, the compact disc (CD) has become the most common form of physically-distributed music products.

Ikea boxes are 33x38x33, so more than ample

I'm going to expire this.... just in case, due to the dimensions.
