Works out a great price if you want all 5 CD albums and is a lot cheaper than buying separately. Also has a pre-release price guarantee:
Separate Prices: Magnetic Fields £6.41 Zoolook £7.49 Rendez-Vous £6.54 Waiting for Cousteau £5.99 Destination Docklands £5.98 (Ebay)
Total £32.41 - This set £16.27
Also I think some of the remastered weren't the greatest (Rendez-Vous 2014) so this ensures you get the latest. I believe the 2015 version was fixed.

PS. Not sure why the reviews are for a Tony Bennett Box Set  Good old amazons review merging in action.

I was at the Electronica Tour in Glasgow last year in the Hydro at Glasgow. Some classics and the new stuff. Going by the amount of people there, more than one track has kept is listening for 41 years.

I know this a new release and probably the best price yet but these type of boxes are usually around £10 and I imagine this one will in the month or so after release.

I liked Equinoxe. Surprised that it and Oxygene are not in the collection.

Zoolook is worth an occasional listen but Oxygene I/II, Equinoxe and Chronologie are my favourite Jarre albums. Look forward to hearing what the experts think of these 'remastered' remasters.

Would have to agree, 3 out of those 5 on this album are so-so compared to some of his best stuff. A strange choice if you ask me unless they milk it a bit and do a box set #2 later on.

Oxygene and Equinox got me through my exam revision, now so many years ago. Everything since then has been downhill.

I have pretty much everything Jarre has done. Will always be a genius in my eyes. Ethnicolor (first track) from Zoolook still sounds incredible. The long track from Waiting for Cousteau is best ambient track ever made imo. The whole of Rendez-Vous still sounds great. Magnetic Fields a bit over-rated by fans I think, but still has some good tracks.
Some really good tracks on his Electronica Project. My favs: with Hans Zimmer, Moby, John Carpenter, Vince Clarke and Pet Shop Boys.

This turned up this morning. Then reality hit. I now work from home so can't listen in the car.
Now I need to find a sodding CD player to hear it in the house :astonished:
