If anyone else bought this I've just contacted Amazon and it doesnt look like it will be despatched for a while
This is what they said:
Upon checking the order, I could see that you have now pre-ordered the item and it is Qualified for Release Date Delivery. We have an update from our buying team that the item is going to be release on Monday, 2 October 2017.
So you will receive the order on Monday, 2 October 2017 without any issues.
Once the order gets dispatched we will send you an email confirming the order details for you.
