They certainly seem to be pretty good on the hardware side (and fairly generous vs some other brands, e.g. 3GB RAM in some tablets vs others at the same price) - however their software updates are pretty poor which is a big shame. Tablets out last year that had Lollipop on - which was a strange decision at the time anyway - still haven't been updated to at least Marshmallow, let alone Nougat.

Amazon Fire HD 8 is £80, which is so much better.
You can get a refurb from Amazon for £60.

Fire HD 8 is fantastic value for money. Fire OS is also good. Not even tempted to change the launcher.

Tesco's old HUDL2 unfortunately still puts a lot of these newer tablets to shame @1920x1200 and they where this price for a while. 2G/16G and Marshmallow, though in the slightly larger 8" format. They still chug along quite happily to :-).

We have had 3 break down now and tesco won't support fixes (even if you want to pay) a cracking tablet new but no longevity

Does anyone know if there are several versions of this MediaPad T3 7inch, as I have the one pictured from argos which is showing ram 1gb from the Huawei Product info sticker. But this Tesco version on Tesco website shows ram 2gb also having a micro sd up to 128gb. Anyone purchased the Tesco version verify specs and model number?

Funny that wondering if it's coincidence, but I phoned Tesco direct yesterday and was asking about the specifications, specifically the ram and model number, the girl didn't have a clue! She only had same information as what we can see Via Tesco website. She kept saying model number was the chipset Number!!! I had to correct her several times! She said that she would inform the webteam regarding the incorrect info, so maybe that's why it's been updated/amended! Have you received your order yet, if so please confirm the model number from end of the box? thanks. I'm supposed to be collecting my order later today!
