Brand new. Would normally be £829.99 I believe. This may be mispriced or mis-described as further down it alludes to an inferior spec'd model, however the headline(superior) specs are mentioned twice.
May be worth taking a punt and if you end up with the inferior model, perhaps you can cite the headline specs in the description.

I wanted to take a punt on this but in the product catalogue code It cites a 950m model. I don't think Argos actually stock a 1050 one. Do you think they would let you get the other through a misleading title?

They would at least need to accept a return of a potentially used laptop so they would probably offer you something off. They do have the 1050 model listed.

at their Q& A pagequestion and answer : To clarify, the model number of this laptop is 15-AX009NA, which means it features GTX 950M.
I don't think there would be chances to get a 1050 at all, though maybe they would offer something as gesture. However do double check the refund policy first

Ahh yes but not in that laptop frame/build. It just looka like a typing error and you'd have to go through eBay to get your refund?

This was my logic. Thy have 2 omens in their stores. The catalogue number and description clearly shows a 950 model:(

Tesco seem to have made the same mistake? Is it definitely 950?Tesco
Careful with this. It is really expensive for what it is - it's only 6th gen i5, only a 950m and even tho it says 128gig in the title I couldnt see an SSD in the spec (I might be blind tho;-)). I bought the version with the 7th gen i5 and 1050 and SSD/1TB drives (ax202na) that was on here early in the year and I only paid 746 (and it has been even cheaper since) for that so, if you can still get your hands on one cheap go for that. - NOTE: I think HP have dicontinued the ax202na model (and that generation) in favour of the ugly angular jet fighter looking ones whilst hiking the price and reducing the spec so you would need to search about to see if anyone has any left and grab one before they are all gone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the best laptop I can with a £550 budget?

Only light stuff, nothing in the last year or 2 etc
Would be using it for media streaming, internet, photoshop, and all the basic stuff

If this had a better graphics card... GTX1060 would've done me a deal! But anyway, voted hot.

I just bought this but with the 1050 graphics and I think it's fantastic although I paid 599 from john lewis. I would try getting it if possible. Wouldn't touch this one at that price and chance of that graphics card
