Possible cashback of £15.31 bringing the total cost to £363.69 (free postage) and the fitness band seems to be selling for around £30-40 on eBay which would technically bring the cost down further.
In Europe you can get the phone and band in black but frustratingly not in the UK.

The grey wasn't available when the other deal was posted and I thought it was worth mentioning the additional cashback you can get.

What's the Actual Phone price as it seems a little expensive to me - just my intuition - and the band things are really low priced so I'm thinking Jack You the phone price by offering something (the band) which doesn't cost that much but makes the phone seen a good price.. get my drift? They up the Phone price on the premise you are getting a good deal but your not really due to high price of phone and the low priced band. ..I'd like to see the standalone phone price as I think it will be much lower...

Is the black definetely getting released in September? That's what I'm waiting for too but thought that was still a good deal for others.

It is already available in Germany Amazon, but I read somewhere that official date for EU is September.
Do I remember correctly this doesn't have gorilla glass on it? Pretty large omission for a phone in this price band if so. Bad enough the Moto series took a step backwards on that with the standard gen 5

Nope - you're imagining it. The flagship phone (ie Honor 7, 8, 9) all have Gorilla Glass 3 - at least according to corning.com/gor…tml

I think some of the Huawei Honor phones did not have Gorilla Glass, but the Mate range do.

That's right - it's pretty much the top end of their range that does. Having said that, Honor's screen protector is usually quite good - my wife's phone has lasted 18 months with hers, and is just needing replaced now.

Ive had my screen protector on my honor 7 since release date, amazing its still on, would be scared to pull it off now it looks that solid it would probably pull the screen straight off the phone!

Heat for a well spec'd phone for the price. Not to different to the Huawei p10 buy the looks of it just camera and build is different. And the Kirin 960 is the best processor on the market just down if you go by the comparison to the sd835

I remember having notification issues with the honor 7. I wouldn't get notifications from email etc unless I manually refreshed, despite unprotecting the apps etc.
Is that still an issue?
If not, very well specced. And in the market for an upgrade on my moto x play.

They were largely solved a while back. I would hope the newer builds of EMUI would maintain that.

Just cancelled my order with vmall as they keep pushing the availability date back. Would have been great if they actually had any. £12 cashback missed out on too. Gutted as was supposed to be here yesterday, then tomorrow now they said 30th August. ..maybe. not a happy bunny really wanted this
