Only Sony and one or two cheapie makes have Android installed to install Kodi directly. Not many

Got this from amazon when they had 20% off on 'warehouse products'. Cost about £450, I really like it. Stand is rubbish like most TV's but most people would wall mount anyway.
I definitely like it for the price and looks good on with my PS Pro. As with most TV's you need to tune the colours (use a guide).

Theres 55" Hisense available in Fenwicks (Newcastle) for a LOT less than this. AND you get a 5 year warranty with it too

Last year's models or this year's models?

Good point. I'd suspect last years. But how much change would there be ?

From the little I've read last year's models had better reviews - at least on bang for buck basis so I'd probably prefer last year's!

I've got a Hisense. Wouldn't buy another. Dreadfully underpowered and slow. Just my opinion folks.

M5500 is the 2016 mid range model did have quite good reviews on av forums 5700 is an 2017 entry level model i guess similar to 2016 5300 series 5700 has a new soc and the new updated OS (supposed to be quicker) , hisense.co.uk seems to have updated their website too , however it seems to contradict some of the details given to me by their technical team when trying to deal with problems with their tv's purchsed through argos .biggest mistaje i made , i wont slate hisense i think my problems had more to do with argos supplying dodgy TV's , but cant really take another chance.
