Bought last week with the code for £4.25, quality is ok for the price, I only wanted the side cutters after mislaying my draper ones

Are they full size side cutters or the smaller electronic ones?

Yep, same price for me with the code last week. Lower end quality but definitely worth a fiver. Also got a nice little T bar screw driver and socket tool kit for same price previously £19.99, even better deal from my perspective halfords.com/wor…kit

Of course you need it, once you've bought them it's much easier to justify the purchase  I now have 5 Halfords socket sets thanks to this approach

Says somebody who's never bothered to post a deal themselves and has an avatar as Homer Simpson
I doubt anybody would take your comment with an ounce of seriousness

Penny farthing - I did not know it was a requirement to post a deal in order to comment on the quality of a product. I have used this halfords plier set and they are terrible quality. I am not having a go at the poster as for £5 for a throw away set it may suit the occasional DIYer who only wants to use these a few times for very easy jobs.
I stand by my comment that these are terrible quality. When you can buy BACHO or NWS ( for example ) that would last many many years... even Irwin, some fatmax and draper pliers sets are far superior to these and cost as little as £17.
If you do not want honest comments, Do NOT post deals, Just because you think these are amazing quality it was worth pointing out how bad the quality was. If you cannot take criticism then best to stay off the internet. Have a nice day.

I take criticism all the time as theirs always a few tools that make derogatory comments on deals I post - HOWEVER it's almost always the case those making comments contribute nothing to the site so I do wonder what the motive is.
Please don't bore me with you can buy better for more - obviously we all know that but this is after all a deals site not an everyday shopping search engine.
I have a nice day everyday - thanks for your concern oh and your comments which as I've said I doubt will be taken with any seriousness whatsoever - people will ultimately make their own minds up yo see.
That's how it works often.
