La Vuelta is a completely different race touring around Spain. This game is a reskinned version of this years Tour de France game

Used to be the official game of the TdF, I played it a bit last month - just been reskinned after an update for the Vuelta. Can see it on the TdF website here: letour.fr/le-…tml
