Omg these drinks are so nice. They're Premium. I really miss the naked drinks since O2 stop doing £1 lunch at Boots

Tesco and Co-Op include these in their £3 and £3.50 lunch time meal deals...
You should watch the sugar content on these drinks they have the equivalent of 50-60g of sugar in one bottle!
Even though the sugar is naturally occurring from the fruit, as you are drinking fruit juice and not eating it, it gets into your blood far quicker and the same effect as having a sugary fizzy drink!
Yep, these smoothies have lots of nice vitamins and sometimes a good amount of fibre (this varies depending on the pulp in it) but the sugar is usually more than you'd see in a bottle of cola. Most of these 'no added sugar, 100% fruit' drinks end up being 50-60% apple juice or grape juice because they're among the sweetest cheap juices. I stopped buying smoothies as I can always taste the juice used to sweeten it.
If something's 50% apple juice, you should be made to call it 'Apple and .,..' not advertise it only with the ingredients that make up a minority of the fruit/veg content. Pet hate.

You're confusing fruit sugar and refined sugar. Not the same thing. One is ok for you in moderation. The other is not.

Fructose will still spike your blood sugar and contains a huge amount of avoidable calories, even if it has a different insulin response.

Naked Juice Won’t Help You Look Good Naked
