Almost as good as Kindle Unlimited... but FREE! All genres and hundreds of publishers.
ARC Books, or Advanced Reader Copy all free to enjoy. The site is quick and free to join, you register and include your Kindle details and select books you would like sending to you for free, the majority of which are not out yet.
This service is provided by publishers in the hope you will leave positive reviews on Amazon, Goodreads etc but you are not obliged to in exchange for the free books. some books are still going through final edits so they may have the odd spelling error.
Once you have selected your titles the publisher will either approve or decline your request which usually take less that 24 hours, I have requested around 20 titles and have had around 15 approved, including the latest Salman Rushdie and Lynda La Plante The more popular authors get more requests so you may need to get in quick!
The books will be pushed through to your kindle so make sure they are an approved sender on your amazon whitelist (they tell you how to do this, it takes a minute).
Unless I am hunting for a specific book I dont think I need to buy another book again. If you join let me know what you get!

Is this actually for ordinary members of the public? "We help readers of
influence discover and recommend new books to their audiences. If you
are a librarian, bookseller, educator, reviewer, blogger or in the
media, get started right now by signing in or joining for free"

It is! They don't actually ask or check, I've read 3 out of the 15 they have given me, all I've done is put a review on amazon and goodreads. I'm not a blogger, journo or anything.
People don't seem warm for this deal but I saw 2 books in W H Smith book chart tonight at £8.99 each I have on my kindle pile... my ever growing pile. I'm happy, although the Salman Rushdie book is hard work, don't select that one ha ha. The big authors new release go in about 24 hours but they over 5000 free books to try so I think most people will find something :unicorn:

It seems that they do actualy ask when signing up (checking is another matter), what did you select as your role when signing up "reviewer" ?

I chose: Consumer Reviewer (I review on sites like Goodreads or Amazon)

What's not to like and why the negative votes?
Personally, I think I'm going to enjoy taking part as I read quite a lot of books each year and, even though Amazon's excellent Kindle offers keep me busy, I always can find time for a few more interesting reads. All I need to do now is decide what to put into my Reader Bio - any suggestions please Ilikehotdeals1?

I had no idea so I talked about my reading habits a little and planned to come back to it at some point but never did oops. But this is mine if it helps:
"I like to escape the world on my daily commute; I love to read history, thrillers, a little horror, a little romance, a little adult. If the lines of the genres blur then even better. I hate abandoning books and it's rare that I do."
Maybe mention your favourite authors or your top TBR pile list or favourite classics maybe?
And no idea why all the negative either, although it has had 34 heats there have been a lot more colds.... I'm determined to spend less money paying for books if I can.

Think you're getting negative votesbecause the book in your title looks very basic YA material.
