So apparently home bargains now do flower delivery - for free! Bunches start from £9.99, including 20 roses or sunflowers. Excellent excuse to let someone know that you care.

In case anyone was wondering: "PS: It doesn't say Home Bargains on the box!"
Problems i had with the order= No reply to emails at all from home bargains flowers team and no one answers the phone (even home bargains head office could not get a reply from them via email or phone) order just stated 'flowers ordered and for when' but NO other details at all even though i upgraded to a medium bunch but that was ignored and standard size was sent. The delivery was 100%, on time and tractable (but only on the day of delivery) from dxdelivery.com. The flowers arrived and were ok for the price but not great, they lasted 3-4 day's before drooping n dying So home bargains are just the 'middle man' and have NO customer care with flower orders AT ALL

Hello,
I'm afraid I'm yet to hear back from the customer service manager at the flower team, however, I will chase this for you again. Have you heard from them today?
Kind Regards,

Hello
I'm sorry that they have not been in touch. I have been able to get another number for the Home Bargains Flower department. The number is 01422 400 953. If you do not hear from them within the next few hours, I would suggest calling the number today or tomorrow for an update.

I guess it's what you can expect for the price... Sometimes it's the thought that counts & if you're low on pennies, it's nice to still be able to show that you care..

So are they even worth it or should I spend the extra? Anyone know of any other delivery places that are decent and cheap? 3-4 days before they die.....is that bad? Sorry if the question is ridiculous.....but I'm a bloke and know nata about flowers.TIA

I ordered for the first time last week. Flowers were not delivered, but this was Royal Mail's fault. Wasn't able to get hold of anyone so I will use that number. Advise against in general as not easy to get hold of them.

Read the reviews, forums.moneysavingexpert.com/sho…303 I ordered for my daughters 40th Birthday , paid for weekend delivery, they didn't arrive til the Tuesday, unfortunately my daughter was whisked away by her hubby on the Monday for a birthday surprise. Flowers sat on her doorstep for a week. Took me ages and loads of phonecalls to get a full refund.
I don't understand why there is a medium and large option which costs extra, surely 50 roses is what you get no matter which you choose. Anyone know what these options do?
