Been meaning to pick this up to use with the Vive. Is the Commander Edition worth the extra?

You don't need Horizon's, especially to begin with. It's on sale at £13 pretty regularly.
I'd try it first, it's a bit marmite.

Well if you buy Elite dangerous from Frontier directly u get main game key + key for Oculous Home store. Prob same with vive store BUT dont quote me on that.

This blows your mind in the rift when setup correctly.

Any good guides for Oculus?
Tried ED on mine, ultra everything and wasn't really impressed at all. Had a really annoying issue also where if I leaned back slightly my head would pass through the chair and I'd be left staring at the back of it, annoying AF. No idea why the seat can't be a physical wall.

Be Warned!, once you let the Elite Dangerous VR Genie out of the bottle you won't be able to put it back in, so be warned.

Great game, only just started to get into it myself but already wasted many hours!
