£17 on the isle of wight in ryde store so may go down again?

this looks the same as my kettle, have had about a year now, seems decent quality but is very noisy when boiling smaller amounts of water and is positively scary when you accidentally overfill it :O

typical bought it few weeks back from tesco direct for 34 pounds each

I've had my set exactly like this for 5 + years can't fault them
