As you say good price bar the ones at Aldi. I just tried the Aldi ones and they seem quite good so while I can get them at the low Aldi price I will stock up!

Yes, have tried the Aldi compatible pods, which are £1.79 for a pack of 10, and can confirm they are every bit as good as the originals.

Home bargains ones are £1 for 10 and aren't bad. This is still a decent price though.

I've used these for ages but recently had some Nespresso ones come my way again and have to say I could really tell the difference in quality.

I agree completely the HB ones are ok day to day but my favourites are the nespresso Voluto

Not tried the Aldi or Home Bargains ones, but I've tried numerous Cafepod ones and they are awful compared to Nespresso. I won't vote cold because if people like them this may well be a good price (genuinely don't know), but I'm not a fan of these at all.

Also found co-op pods @ 2 packs for £4 which works out same price. I think they taste better than the cafepod and aldi varieties .

The Lidl ones (3 varieties) are £1.79 for 10 and individually wrapped to keep them fresh because the end normally pierced by the machine is pre-perforated, eliminating the overpressure problems caused by overly tough-to-puncture pods. Aldi's pods have sufferred from that problem in the past - having led to them being taken off the shelves for a while.
