Note this isn't suitable for large hedges, it'll struggle to cut thicker branches etc. It's a good price though, remember to always have an RCD plugged in when using hedge trimmers.

Don't think it's daft at all (if it's going to be potentially life-saving) - I think he/she meant something like this: Masterplug RCD 1 Socket Adapter (£11 from Argos, or cheaper from Amazon if you have Prime).
