Aq5 37-12 went hot at £70+ so this model should get hot too as they are basically the same power according to amazon

Is this an ancient model? Can't see it on the Bosch website. Also is this a water or air cooled motor(pump)?

Agree.....flow rate is king. Spot on for the casual user though. I have had 2 Bosch fail due to plastic pumps and were complete pumps to replace. The majority of nilfisk are metal pumps (not that 55 quid one though!).

My c120 is going on 3 years now and just suffered the pulse of death.........fixed for 20 quid.

Flow rate on that is 530. It's a brute.

I'm confused - what is the difference between this and the the AQT 35-12?

Also - I noticed this same AQT 3400+ used to be advertised as having 80 BAR pressure by all retailers including Amazon. It appears to be an 80 Bar pressure washer with 120 Bar max pressure. I'm confused - what exactly does that mean?

Also - I just noticed that all the Bosch flow rates being listed online appear to be incorrect / exagerrated. If you look at the manuals online for all these Bosch pressure washers they have lower flow rates than what is being stated online. Very confused - the manual for the AQT35-12 states a flow rate of 5 Litres a minute which is actually only 300 L/hr , yet is being advertised as 350 L/hr (?). There are similar discrepancies with all the other models too.

So... Is this is a good deal? Can it be used for cars/patio?

Also noticed the manual for the AQT35-12 states rated pressure 8MPa (which is 80BAR) yet it is being sold as a 120BAR pressure washer! LOL

Basically this is a 300 L/hr 80 Bar pressure washer.

This just gets better and better. Just had a look at the Nilfisk model from yesterday's deal. The manufacturer/retailers have been lying even more about that one!(!) The manual for that shows it acually has a pressure of 80BAR and flow rate of 310 L/hr... That one is being sold as a 110BAR 440 L/hr machine (??) : D

This Bosch one is effectively pretty much the same spec as the one posted yesterday but just made by Bosch instead and with less lies lol.

Also, I think this Bosch one does have a metal pump, as the AQT35-12 apparently does and I don't see how they are different machines - the AQT3400+ doesn't even appear to have ever existed as an actual model online. Worryingly though, Amazon list the weight of the AQT35-12 as 8KG and this AQT3400+ one as 7KG... The machines look identical and appear to have the same spec. Could 1KG be the weight difference of a plastic pump as opposed to a metal one...? : )

Hi guys quick question. I ordered the nilfisk one off amazon last night. Am I better off with this Bosch one? Should I cancel the nilfisk one and order this?

The bosch has 2 years warranty and I think you get 3rd year as well if you register within 30 day of purchase

My own nilfisk packed in at just over a year old, bought the one in yesterdays deal but in all honesty I would say that a three year warranty on any washer has got to be major selling point as certainly from a good bit off searching around on the net a year and a bit is good going for the life off most home pressure washers. can anyone confirm the one from yesterday 100% has a metal pump ?

Indeed, there is a pressure value (p), and a maximum pressure (pmax) value. Same for the flow. What to believe?

I bought one of these a few months ago for £87 . Well worth the money back then . Washes car and patio well.

My other half bought me the smaller version, the 33-11. I've been using full size power washers for years and didn't expect the Bosch to be any good - but it's perfectly capable of washing the cars, and works well with the snow foam lance - and it's so compact it takes up hardly any space. The full sized washer is being moved out of the garage to the shed and will only get dragged out for major cleaning jobs.

Regarding the Bosch Warranty - Just noticed the Warranty Terms and Conditions state:

I washed my car with this the other day - the detergent dispenser bottle empties in only a few seconds(?). I had to fill it up at least 3-4 times just to wash one car - I ended up using tons of detergent? Is this normal??
