I just downloaded the app and on the main page of the site, it says "£10 off your next visit when you download the app" Does anybody know how to redeem this?

You can spend £14.45 on a burger, must be a good burger. Good deal through

I promise you; they aren't. £4.95 is a fair price!

Worst one I have ever had, at this price I would still avoid them.

They used to be pretty good a few years ago, then something completely changed overnight - like they replaced flavour with breadcrumb or other filler. Tried it again about a year ago and it hadn't changed, so have stayed away from them since.
They've since culled most of the menu, so I'm wondering how much they skimped out on ingredients at the time.

Agree - maybe 10 years ago or so a decent chain albeit a bit overpriced. Big plates of colourful, strong tasting food. Now portion sizes are small, the plates look barren, fewer sides/garnish that come along with the main meat/vegi item you have ordered. Still very overpriced.
These burgers will be no different to standard pub grub burger. The original price of £14.95 is a farce and I'm sure they will still be making reasonable profit on a £4.95 cost.

Failing exams and filling the void with gluttonous food offerings. This is not a good relationship to have with food, fatties.

Or.... Passing exams and having a not too expensive meal with friends/family to celebrate. As part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle, why not? Cartoon watching man child.

Yes of course, a meal to remember at some greasy burger joint. That's one to forget!

It just shows how dramatically overpriced these below average offerings are.

The last time I went to one not many were paying in the restaurant as the food was so bad. Our meal was actually ok which was a surprise as I've had some awful meals at this chain

If you want a frozen, defrosted in microwave then heated meal (including the £15 rubber burger i took one bite of), this is the place to go. The lasagne too - frozen and reheated as is the majority of their menu, including pasta.; some Italian restaurant, eh? They make mugs of their customers.
£4.95 good value? I'd rather skip a meal than step into this joke of an eatery again.
Students: save your fiver and spend it on a kebab. Far better than this filth.

How are these burgers compared to Five Guys ? For me, burgers from Five Guys are the best I've tried in UK !

We went there tonight and it was nice enough for £5, just a normal burger as far as I could tell, but what do I know

Went yesterday on this deal - very average burger - sweet potato fries were soggy even at a fiver we weren't impressed! No wonder F&B are now on Tastecard how they've survived this long is beyond me!
